Location: a newly developed residential complex located at 2km from Vieste in a panoramic position. It is situated in a tran­qui] area in which there are olive groves, rosebays, flowering plants and indian figs (prickly pears). The residence offers fantastic views of the sea and Vieste.
Services: it has single, four room terra­ced villas and apartments with separate entrances.the architecture is typically Mediterranean and they are located in a random manner on a panoramic hillside in prefect harmony with nature. All the types of accommodation are finely furnished and functional, with large covered, fully equipped terraces with panoramic views. The following are available to guests: a tv room, a bar, a terrace for sunbathing and a playground. There are also cooke­ry courses which teach the preparation of typical local dishes. The following are in the immediate vicinity: a restaurant, a piz­zeria, a bar and a supermarket.
Sport: there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling green and table tennis. In the immediate vicinity you can hire mountain bikes and pay for guided tours by bicycle.
Beach: a fully equipped sandy beach at a distance of 2 km with a shuttle service. There is a “free” beach (not equipped) at a distance of 900 metres.
